❑ Satisfy its customers
- Respect the Take-Or-Pay: 0 failure
- Reach a number of customer complaints ≤ 2 complaints per year
- Improve the availability rate of fundamental equipment: uptime per fundamental equipment (including maintenance time) > 90%.
❑ Satisfy its partners
- Control OPEX: 90% of the approved budget in OCMs
- Respect the deadlines and costs of the project "New Consumers" :
– Azito IV : Expected completion date on: 10.31.2021
– CIPREL V : Expected completion date on 11.30.2021 - Meet the deadlines and costs of the drilling work on platform B (Marlin Phase II drilling campaign): expected completion date on 01.31.2022
Optimize the tank management plan: carry out 100% of the planned tests
❑ Maintain flawless, good and mutually beneficial relationships with its service
providers
- Improve invoice processing times: zero non-pre-accountable invoices older than one month, excluding disputed invoices or those awaiting return of the supplier.
- Improve our knowledge of service providers and their follow-up: evaluate 100% of critical service providers
- Make 100% of managers aware of Foxtrot’s ethical requirements (Group Code of Ethics)
❑ Ensure the physical integrity of its staff and service providers
- Improve the reported injury frequency rate: TRIR to 0
- Reduce the downtime of equipment involved in safety and firefighting: perform monthly monitoring and have no equipment unavailable for more than 45 days

- Perform cause analyses of all identified adverse and nonconformity events
- Respect the estimated time frame for implementing corrective actions
