Since its creation in 1999, FOXTROT International has shown a sense of unceasing attention for customer satisfaction regarding its electric sector clients, and this continuous quest has served to consolidate its leading position in natural gas supply in Côte d’Ivoire.

To maintain this status and with a view to improving its performance sustainably, Foxtrot elected to include quality as part of its management system and initiated a process for certification.

In January 2013, Foxtrot developed in accordance with the requirements of the 2008 Version of the ISO-9001 Standard.

In October 2014, our efforts and self imposed demands on our management system were rewarded by the award of the ISO 9001 Certification.
In October 2015, the first follow-up audit confirmed the certification of our quality management.

Continuous improvement is part of the Foxtrot culture and each staff member treats it as an individual motto. This recurrent progression process of the management system has helped improve the overall performance of the company as it has also contributed to the attainment of our objectives.
